The planning program included the following:
– hostel for 300 students and 15 guests
– workplace for 350 people (instructors, administration, staff, etc.)
– classrooms of size and quantity according to current guidelines
– public areas, conference room
– library
– restaurant and kitchen
– sports function for rest and recreation
– café
– other elements necessary for its operation: reception, administrative offices, mechanical spaces, garage
